Can you photograph our whole team in one day?
Yes. With the right room setup and schedule, 30–45 people in one day is typical. For larger teams we can arrange a two-day shoot or dual-studio setup.
Can you match our existing team headshots?
Absolutely. Share sample images and we will align backdrop, crop, lighting, and colour profile to match your existing photography.
How quickly do we receive the final images?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from final selections. Same-day delivery is available as an add-on.
Do you work outside Central London?
Yes. We cover all Greater London boroughs with travel included. We can also quote for UK-wide travel.
What should our team wear?
We send a wardrobe briefing before every shoot. Solid colours typically work best — we recommend avoiding busy patterns and very bright colours unless they match your brand guidelines.
Do you offer branded backdrops?
Yes. Custom printed branded backdrops are available as an add-on for Team Headshot Day packages.
